What is light color temperature?

The light color temperature is the color of the light as
perceived by the human eye. It’s measured in degrees
Kelvin (°K).

For example, 2,500°K is a Red/Orange color and
10,000°K is a very Blue color. Both these colors are not
suitable for reading and working as they will change the
way colors look on your book, screen or pattern.
The optimal choice is White Light. This is the light
Daylight™ uses (at around 6,000 to 6,500°K).

This color temperature offers the best color rendering
and is therefore perfect for working and reading in
optimal comfort.
